What to expect
Namibia is a vast landscape of blended beauty. Best known for its incredible desert, which fills most of the country, Namibia is a holiday destination ideal for the traveller looking for a real adventure. The vastness of the desert as well as the many things to see here, and the ever changing dunes, the spectacular hills, the mountainscapes, and the bushveld, all give Namibia that special something that has turned Africa’s best kept secret into the ultimate holiday destination. One of the most beautiful places to visit is the Khomas Region, which has scenic grassy landscapes and that authentic bushveld feel.
In the Khomas area, you can expect to see something completely unlike the rest of the desert. Here the land is lush and green and looks a lot like the Kruger National Park. The bushveld has plenty of plant and animal life, thanks to its abundance of food and water. Tourists who head to this part of the country can expect to have an authentic wildlife safari experience and you will indulge in pure relaxation that only time in the heart of Africa can provide.
