| Description: | Each chalet is stylishly designed to represent the African Owambo culture and is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, air-conditioning, fridge, hair-dryer, telephone, TV, an electric kettle and a tea/coffee station.
The lodge complex has been modelled on traditional Ovambo homesteads. Inside the complex a palisade separates the restaurant and swimming pool area from the guest chalets and a variety of natural building materials have been utilised including stone, wood and reed. Fine, truly Namibian cuisine is served in the spacious and elegant restaurant and an after-dinner drink can be enjoyed at leisure in the lounge, complete with fireplace for cold Namibian winter evenings. |

A spacious area at the sparkling blue swimming pool offers comfortable loungers to relax on, either in the sun or in shaded spots.
The extensive wooden deck with numerous comfortable seating areas and shade offers an uninterrupted view of the thorny bush savannah and the red hues of the distant Waterberg Plateau. Umbrellas will shade you during the heat of the day, on chilly evenings fluffy blankets are provided so that you can observe the wildlife in comfort. Sable Antelope, Nyala and Black Springbok can regularly be seen drinking at the waterhole. On warmer evenings, dinner is enjoyed on the deck under the starry skies. |
