Hot water is provided by an environmentally friendly solar heating system. A sparkling blue solar-heated swimming pool is surrounded by an expansive sunny/shaded deck. A cool underground wine cellar provides an excellent selection of wines to accompany your meals or for sundowners. The kitchen serves meals complimented by locally produced organic vegetables, pickled olives and home-made breads. The sunken Hide provides an eye-level view of the myriad of wildlife and birds that come to drink at the waterhole. Twice daily the Rhinos protected and nurtured on WeKebi as part of the Southern White Rhino Project are fed at the waterhole, providing excellent opportunities to observe thse incredible animals. |
